Mr. Thomas C. Dalzell has over 30 years of commercial real estate investment sales and leasing experience and now specializes in investment sales of retail properties nationwide. He has been involved in sales of over 100 properties totaling over 10 million square feet and worth over $1 billion. He has worked in a variety of market cycles including the 2008 real estate bubble and economic meltdown as well as the dramatic downturn in the early 1990′s. His experience includes working for several New York real estate firms as well as founding his own real estate brokerage firm. He has served on the Board of Directors of CCIM Institute-NY Chapter, the Board of Directors of the Financial Executives Institute-NY Chapter, and as the Corporate Fund Raising Manager for New York Youth-at-Risk.
Experience:
Prior to joining the French Retail Team, Mr. Dalzell served as a Senior Investment Advisor for Sperry Van Ness where he helped to substantially grow the National Retail Team. Prior to SVN, Mr. Dalzell owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm, Thomas C. Dalzell Associates. Previously, he was Managing Director at The Galbreath Company where he was responsible for initiating and consummating commercial real estate leasing & investment sales transactions. He has represented such clients as GE Capital, DDR Corp. (SITE Centers), Blackstone Group, Prudential Real Estate Investors, H&R REIT, EDENS, Katz Properties Retail (KPR) and Philips Edison & Company.
