Mr. Stearney joined the Westchester office on the French Retail Team in August 2015 as an Agent Candidate. He works closely with Joseph French to continue to expand commercial investment sales activity in Connecticut and Massachusetts. His focus will be primarily on the sale of retail investment properties including open-air shopping centers and single-tenant properties.
Experience:
Prior to joining the French Retail Team, Mr. Stearney spent three years negotiating commercial office leases for a boutique Mid-town Manhattan real estate firm. Before entering real estate, he spent 20+ years trading a variety of financial instruments. Mr. Stearney was a First Vice-President and 10 year U.S. Treasury Note trader for a primary dealer in Treasury Securities and then an independent stock trader.
