Bradford Thomas joined the Westchester office on the French Retail Team in August 2018. He works closely with Joseph French to continue to expand commercial investment sales activity in the Northeastern United States. His focus is primarily on the sale of retail investment properties including open air shopping centers and single-tenant properties in the Northeast.
Experience:
Before entering the real estate sector, Mr. Thomas spent about 15 years in roles of increasing responsibility on the Procurement and Sourcing teams in various industries. These roles have helped further his passion in forming and building long-term relationships, and greatly strengthened his skills in strategic negotiation, customer relationship management and marketing. These skills, combined with his MBA, allow Mr. Thomas to achieve a truly collaborative and relationship-focused approach with his clients.
