Jodi Tomany

Ms. Tomany serves as the Transaction Manager for the French Retail Team of Marcus & Millichap.  Her primary responsibilities include preparing financial analysis and developing financial models to value properties and present economics to potential buyers, creating the offering memorandums for exclusive listings, disseminating marketing materials, managing the due diligence process, and negotiating with potential buyers.

Experience:

Prior to joining the French Retail Team, Tomany worked at the Hutensky Group in Hartford, Connecticut for 15 years where she participated in a wide range of company activities including new business development, acquisitions, dispositions, financial analysis, and industry & market research.  She also served as Secretary for Hartford’s Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization Association from 2000 to 2002.

Education:

Tomany graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford.   Additionally, she is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
