Schuyler Boylan, Associate

Mr. Boylan specializes in the sale of retail investment properties nationwide. Licensed as a real estate salesperson in New York since 2007, Boylan works closely with Joe French and Tom Dalzell continuing to expand investment sales activity throughout the United States.

Education:
Boylan earned his MA in Honors English Literature from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and has obtained a Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investments from New York University. He is also a graduate of SOLO’s wilderness EMT program, NOLS leadership course, and was a a wilderness guide for a number of years. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Experience:
Boylan joined the French Retail Team in 2007 and continues to play an integral role in the team’s business development, operations, deal negotiation and assisting in the closing of $100+ million.
